Are you a young adult? Are you a college student? Would you like to refer someone you know? Whatever your reason, we are ready to help you to overcome those mental and emotional barriers you have been facing that has caused you to be stagnant in your life. We encourage you to take part in our mentor program that will allow you to confront fear, frustration, anger, sadness, disappointment, poverty and past hurts and ignite you to become the driving force. We have a variety of programs that offer help in academics, self care, career guidance, entrepreneurship development, certification in public speaking, skill enhancement, confidence building, work life balance.
ACT/ SAT Academy
Teens are faced with so many challenges in their lives. Many are silent about their issues and unsure how to confront what they feel. What happens next? They gravitate towards drugs, violence, suicide, gangs, bullying, abuse and all other forms of negativity. Many are at a point they don't feel accepted, they don't know who they are and they struggle to find that place of happiness in their lives. At Ready Set Grow, we challenge teens to believe in themselves. Our program helps to reverse negative thought patterns and promote positive behavior patterns. We provide academic tutoring, interactive workshops, public speaking, goal setting, career development, coping techniques, individualized coaching.
In today's world, all youth are at risk. Some have been labeled, some have delinquent issues and some just need that extra PUSH. At Ready Set Grow, we consider everyone a success so we make every effort in making sure no one is overlooked in this world. We bridge the gaps with communities, organizations, schools, families and individuals to ensure that each child is given an equal opportunity to become productive and effective. We provides character development, academic tutoring, coping techniques, classroom coaching for teachers, individualized life coaching.
Are you an educator? Our program offers educators classroom coaching techniques for students who have learning or behavioral issues. We understand that each child has his or her own way of learning and we help teachers identify with the child's strengths and weaknesses. We promote ways to reverse negative behavior patterns to decrease stigmas of "The bad child."
